Accessing Culture Booster

Login

You need two things to login: Your organization name (e.g. domain pre-fix) and username.

Organization ID

Your Organization ID (domain pre-fix) is used to help you access your organization's account within Culture Booster.

Not sure what your Organization’s ID (domain pre-fix) is, or forgot it? Contact your Administrator or support@culturebooster.com.

Username

Your Username is the email address or phone number associated with your account.

How to Login

Below are step-by-step instructions on how to log in to our site, with two convenient options to choose from:

Option 1: Magic Link Login

If you want to use our passwordless experience to login, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to our website and enter your Organization’s ID.
2. Click on the "Proceed to Login" button.
3. Enter the email address or phone number associated with your account in the Username field.
4. A Magic Link will be sent.
5. If using email:
6. Click on the Login button within the email to automatically log in.
7. Alternatively, you can enter the Magic Link code into the login page.
8. If using SMS:
9. Enter the Magic Link code received via SMS into the login page.

Option 2: Password Reset Login

If you want to use a password method to login, you must reset your password.

Before resetting your password, ensure the correct domain prefix is in the web address.

1. Click the “Forgot Password?” in the “Enter your password” field.
2. Enter your work email address or the email address your Administrator selected.
3. A confirmation code will be sent to your work email address or the email address your Administrator selected.
4. Enter the “Confirmation code” in the “Confirmation code” field.
5. Enter your new password.
6. Enter your new password again to confirm your password.
7. Login with your work email address and new password.

Getting Back to Culture Booster

We all have ways that we like to organize the websites we frequently visit, and for some, that may be no organization at all. 😆 Here are some ways Culture Booster recommends saving your way back.

Install as an app

Requirements

Browser: Chrome or Edge

Operating System: Windows 10/11 or Mac OS

Chrome

1. Navigate to Culture Booster

2. Click the 3 dots in the top right corner

3. Select More Tools → Create Shortcut

4. Select Open as window and click Create

5. Now you should have a shortcut to Culture Booster on your desktop

Edge

1. Navigate to Culture Booster

2. Click the 3 dots in the top right corner

3. Select Apps → Install this site as an app

4. Click Install

5. Now you should have a shortcut to Culture Booster on your desktop

Pinning to the task bar or no shortcut

1. Got to your search (windows + s / cmd + space) and look up Culture Booster

2. Open the app

3. Right click → Pin to taskbar
