How to reset a lost or forgotten password

To reset your password, you’ll need to be sure the correct domain prefix is in the web address. If you don't know your organization’s domain pre-fix, please get in touch with Support or your Administrator.

  1. Click the “Forgot Password?” in the “Enter your password” field.
  2. Enter your work email address or the email address your Administrator selected.
  3. A confirmation code will be sent to your work email address or the email address your Administrator selected.
  4. Enter the “Confirmation code” in the “Confirmation code” field.
  5. Enter your new password.
  6. Enter your new password again to confirm your password.
  7. Login with your work email address and new password.
