Survey Types on Culture Booster

Learn about the surveys used to monitor and enhance your employee experience.

1. Onboarding

Onboarding is a series of confidential surveys. These surveys generally measure first-day, 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day sentiments, but your organization may use different intervals. Surveying during the first 90 days is important because 28% of employees quit in their first 90 days. Onboarding surveys are a great way to ensure your experience as a new hire begins positively.

2. Training Event

Training Event is a combination of confidential surveys. These surveys capture pre and post-training sentiments. Surveying before a training event helps the facilitator gather useful information to guide the direction of the session. Which will help you as a participant get more value from the event. Surveying after a training event helps the facilitator evaluate the effectiveness of the training and make improvements for future participants.

3. Employee Engagement

Employee engagement is a combination of confidential surveys. These surveys provide a comprehensive diagnostic and pulse check of employee engagement drivers. The comprehensive, diagnostic, and pulse surveys help your organization identify how they measure against the 7 Core Factors of Culture™️. By understanding the areas of strength and opportunity related to the 7 Core Factors of Culture™️, leaders and department heads can move from insight to action.

4. Exit

Exit is a single non-confidential survey. This survey provides your organization with data to better understand an employee's reason for leaving. The exit survey helps you share your experience in the role, your experience with your manager, and why you chose to leave the organization. The insights you share will be used to take action in response to your feedback.
